I just made my 6 months here this month. I've done patrol and on-site. One thing I will say about this company above all else is the fact that management is some of the most understanding people and helpful people I've EVER worked for. Our Sgt ACTUALLY CARES about our well being. I can't say that about a lot of supervisors I've had. Dispatch is quick to send us to response calls. And we pride ourself on customer service. Management and officers work together for the best of our clients/customers.
Very professional with experienced officers. The owner of this company is very fair and treats his employees with great respect. Also, he mentors new employees. If anyone wants to try this profession. This company is the best for new officers. If anyone is experienced a great company to work for.
